Out for supper with Mom and Bob! Too bad you can't see the beautiful view down below!

Bunnie, mom, Bob and I eating up at a restaurant that overlooks the ocean and city from the mountains. I have never eaten so much seafood in a week!

Here is Bob, mom and I heading out to see for an evening of entertainment at Las Caletas! I was hoping to see dolphins as it is dolphin season, but all that was to be seen was a jumping manta ray......and I missed it!

Here you can see Las Caletas where our ship took us to for supper. The beach was beautiful and had a great enchanting atmosphere. We had cactus, habanero chilis, fish, shrimp, and everything else as well. Quite the meal and the show that followed afterwards was amazing too. It was a great evening activity!

Here we are after the entertainment show before heading back to the boat for the ride home. The entire area was lit with torches and candles and had no electricity.

Can you say adorable?!!

What beautiful dresses my grade one girls had! They had their hair and makeup done and were so adorable! They danced so hard it was hard not to smile!

Here are my students dancing! You can see the thick dust in the air as it hasn't rained in over a month now!

Gina Terry and I out near Viello Vallarta!

SURFING?!!

Kim and I at our surf lesson in Salyulita! Nothing like riding the waves in Mexico! I have been dying to do this FOREVER!!!!

PADDLE!

After a few attempts....I finally got up!

The River Hike

On the way up the river to see the waterfalls. There are ten levels you can climb to. Each level gets a bit more intense and difficult to get to. I only climbed up to the second level and that was terrifying enough for me! haha

This is the first waterfall that we hiked up to. You can see the people climbing up the left side of the picture....that's the trail up to the second waterfall. It was terrifying but quite a thrill when I finally got to the top!

The second waterfall...

Here is Franky and I under the second waterfall that we hiked to. There were little fish swimming around in the water too!

A Mexican Halloween!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

The Canadian teachers all dressed up for the school's Halloween fiesta. I am a pumpkin!

Two Halloween pumpkins...

Here I am with my kiddies at the Halloween Concert.

This is my afternoon grade 1 class as they recite their Halloween poem for the Halloween concert at our school.

A close up of one of my morning class as they finish their Halloween poem!

Here are a few of my gouls and goblins.

...and a few other scary costumes...yet so darn cute!

Welcome to the Day of the Dead cemetery at our school. Everyone added their little touch to make this comical reinactment of a cemetery happen....I know what you are all probably thinking...

Here is a good view of the shrine of coffins and accessories that made the Day of the Dead special at our school. You can see all of the little coffins that the students made and brought to school. Some were filled with Barbies, skeletons, and G.I Joe dolls. Quite humorous... The cemetery was a comical way of taking note of the day. As strange as it is...it was really quite an interesting site!

The alter for the Day of the Dead. Students brought food to honour deceased loved ones.
